江西起重机械总厂创建于1956年，是一家从事起重运输机械研发、制造、安装、销售的高新技术制造企业。主要产品有QD型通用桥式起重机、MG型通用门式起重机、QZ型抓斗桥式起重机、MZ抓斗门式起重机、QC双梁电磁桥式起重机、QY型治金铸造起重机、集装箱专用门式起重机、LH及MH型电动葫芦桥式及门式起重机、LD及LX电动单梁及电动悬挂起重机、ZD1(ZDY1)型锥形转子电动机及螺杆式、卷扬式、移动式大型水利启闭机等诸多系列，规格居国内同行前五位；“樟树”牌起重机械前后荣获“江西省名牌产品”、“江西(省)著名商标”、“江西省用户满意产品”及“全省重点保护产品”(免检)称号，研究开发的“双制动式”、“模块组合式”钢丝绳电动葫芦和QD、MG超大型桥、门式起重机等多项新产品，不但填补了江西省机械制造业的多项空白，而且为国家多项重点工程提供了高质量的安全可靠的起重运输机械设备，受到了社会各界和广大用户的好评。
